Gym Facilities

The Club is fortunate to have a very well equipped gym.

Use of the gym is restricted to:

• Active Members (those who patrol the beach and are over the age of 14*)
• Age Managers,
• Life Members,
• Elected Office bearers,
• Members aged over 14 and in a Bronze training group – gym may be used whilst under the supervision of the Bronze trainer only.

* Members aged between 14 & 17 may only use the gym if supervised by an eligible member over the age of 18.

The Club also has first class changing and shower facilities, which members are welcome to use.
