WA Sweep School 10

Geraldton
The regular sweep trainers such as Stu, Geoff, Steve B, Beno etc are ready to lift your capabilities. We encourage all experienced sweeps to come along to the sessions to enjoy sharing your knowledge.
New sweeps of all levels are welcome.
BYO boats, crews and sweep oars. If you haven’t got these, you’re still very welcome.
Start Times
for 8am ‘on the water’, so please arrange to get your boats/crews and self to the venues earlier to set up so we can maximise our learning time.
Venues
The venue will be dependent on weather, swell conditions and hosting clubs. Venue details will be posted about a week beforehand via the WA Surf Boats Facebook Group.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a crew the team can help you form one on the day. This weekend is all about gaining valuable experience and knowledge of surfing conditions for both rowers and sweeps.

The Nipper Qualifier is an opportunity for Woodside Nippers to test their skills against other Clubs for a chance to compete in the SunSmart WA Surf Life Saving Championships. These events are targeted at U10-U13 age groups and include beach sprints, flags, board race and iron event.
This event is proudly supported by Healthway promoting the Fuel to Go & Play message.
